Can I buy and rent Kurdish dresses at SK-Jilenpiroz?

Yes. You can buy dresses from us through the webshop. Renting works by reservation by date (we always confirm availability first), so you can be sure the dress is available for your occasion.

How do I choose the right size?

You'll find size/fit information with each dress. Still unsure? Send us your height + clothing size and (optional) bust/waist/hip measurements via WhatsApp, and we'll quickly provide fit advice so you can choose the best match.

Is the belt included with the dress?

No. Dresses are sold without a belt as standard. On the product page, you can choose a belt optionally as an add-on (if you wish).

Do you ship to Germany/Belgium and other countries?

Yes, we ship internationally. You can see the available countries, shipping costs, and delivery times in the checkout or on our shipping page.

How does the deposit for rentals work?

For rentals, we require a deposit. The amount may vary per dress. After return and inspection (no damage/no stubborn stains), we will refund the deposit.

How do I place an order?

Choose your dress, select any options (e.g. belt), add to your cart, and complete your purchase via checkout. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

What payment methods can I use?

You will see which payment methods are available at checkout (e.g., iDEAL, card, PayPal/Apple Pay depending on your country).

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you're quick, we might still be able to help. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp/email with your order number. Once an order has been processed/shipped, changes are often no longer possible.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what now?

First, check your spam/junk mail. Still nothing? Send us your name + email address, and we'll check your order.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary by country and carrier. You will see the current delivery time in the checkout. After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with track & trace. You can use this to track your package.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to many countries. Is your country not listed in the checkout? Send us a message, and we'll see what's possible.

Do I have to pay customs/import fees?

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or VAT/import costs may apply. These costs are usually for the recipient (varies by country).

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a dress if I buy it?

Yes, according to the terms in our return/refund policy. It is important that items are returned unworn and in original condition (with tags, if applicable).

Within how many days do I need to return it?

Within the period stated in our returns policy. (Within 14 days)

Who pays for return shipping?

In case of a return due to the cooling-off period/regret, the return costs are in principle for the customer (unless we offer free returns). In case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the return costs are for us.

When will I get my money back?

Once received and checked, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. (Within 14 days) The processing time also depends on your payment method/bank.

How do I rent a Kurdish dress from SK-Jilenpiroz?

You choose the dress and provide your desired date. We confirm availability, and then you finalize the rental + deposit. This way, we prevent double bookings.

For how many days do I rent a dress?

By default, it's around your event (e.g., pick-up/receive before your event and return after). You can request extra days, which may incur additional costs.

Pick up or ship?

Both are possible. You can pick up the dress (by appointment) or have it shipped. For rentals, we always advise planning well in advance.

What if my package is delayed?

We ship promptly, but are not responsible for carrier delays. Therefore, when renting, plan with extra margin or choose to pick up.

Deposit, Damage & Returns

How high is the deposit?

The deposit varies per dress (e.g. €50/€80/€100) and is agreed upon/confirmed in advance.

When will I get my deposit back?

After return and inspection. If there is no damage and no persistent stains, we will refund the deposit.

What happens in case of stains or damage?

We want to prevent you from losing your deposit. That's why we always carefully inspect the dress and try to professionally clean any stains first. If the stains are gone after cleaning and the dress is otherwise in good condition, we will refund your deposit in full. Only when there is permanent damage or stubborn stains that cannot be repaired, can (a part of) the deposit be used for cleaning or repair. We treat every dress with care and always communicate honestly about the assessment.

How do I return the dress?

Return the dress with track & trace. Keep your proof of shipment. Share your track & trace within 24 hours of use with us. In case of delay: contact us, and we'll help you find a solution.
